Hengli is a provider of high quality robotic welding job shop services. Our company provides quality products to demanding and competitive clients for a return that reflects our commitment to be a recognized leader in the market.

Since its establishment in 2002, Hengli always focuses on OEM Metal Works laser cutting, bending, welding services. It covers a wide range of areas,from aw material purchasing, sheet metal cutting, precision sheet metal fabrication, steel structure welding, machining, surface treatment, warehousing to distribution. We can process different materials: Carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminum plate, stainless steel, SECC, SGCC or customized. In the domestic and overseas, there are many well-known customers choose to cooperate with us, such as ALO, Hangzhou Forklift, Terex, G.E, Metso, Tigercat, etc.

In our welding workshop, it provides steel structure fabrication and precise sheet metal fabrication. And we have equipped with many different kinds of Panasonic MAG welding machines and TIG welding machines, including Panasonic welding robots. These machines can provide us professional welding fabrication service. In the type of welding, we provide arc welding, butt welding and riveting services. And we set two workshops for welding. In terms of qualifications, we have achieved TUV EN287/ASME IX certificate, and ISO 3834 in 2018. Also in terms of staff, we are equipped with 160 certificated welders.
